Manual therapy consists of the application of specific manual techniques of great therapeutic value, applied with the best tool a physiotherapist has: his hands.
This type of therapy includes a wide variety of techniques including: joint mobilization, functional massage, muscle stretching, active and passive stabilization, nervous system mobilization or exercises and maneuvers that aim to improve the patient’s strength, muscle coordination, endurance and overall functional status.
